Pregnancy & Testing
When can I test and actually trust the result?
You can take a test around 10-14 days after sex, but if you want the most accurate result, wait until after your missed period. Our tests are 99% accurate. Learn more about our pregnancy testing.
Is the pregnancy test really free? Like… no catch?
There’s no catch at all. Everything we offered at no-cost, and your visit is always confidential.
How long does the appointment usually take?
Most visits last about 45 minutes to an hour. If your test is positive, you may qualify for an ultrasound the same day.
Can I bring my partner or a friend with me?
Yes! You can bring one guest with you, and they’re welcome to be there for the ultrasound if you want.
Ultrasound
Why would I need an ultrasound?
An ultrasound confirms your pregnancy, checks how far along you are, whether it’s viable, and the pregnancy location. Learn more about our ultrasound services.
Is the ultrasound free too?
Yes. First-trimester ultrasounds are free. No insurance or payment needed.
STI Testing
What STIs do you test for?
We offer no-cost testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea, the two most common STIs. Treatment is available.
Do I really need to get tested?
Getting tested is a good idea because many STIs don’t have symptoms. Testing helps you know what’s going on and protect your health. Learn more about our STI testing services.
If something comes back positive, what happens next?
If a test comes back positive, we offer no-cost treatment.
We can help.
Pregnancy Options
So I am pregnant. What are my options?
If you’re pregnant, you have options. Parenting, adoption, or abortion. We’ll help you explore them all, no judgment. Learn more about your options.
Can I talk through abortion before I decide anything?
Yes! You can meet with our Licensed Medical Staff and you’ll have plenty of time to ask anything. They’ll go over procedures and risks, no pressure at all.
Parenting & Adoption
If I choose to parent, what kind of help is actually available?
Yes! We offer resources, classes, and referrals to help if you decide to parent. Learn more about how we can support you.
What does an "open adoption" even mean?
Open adoption lets you stay in touch with your child and the adoptive family. You choose how much contact you want and even get to pick the family. Learn more about adoption.
Student Support
Can I stay in school if I am pregnant?
Yes! Title IX protects your rights to continue your education.
What if I am under 18, can I still get help?
Yes! We support students of all ages. You’re privacy is respected and our conversations are confidential.
I am a student and I think I might be pregnant. How can you help?
At your first appointment, our patient advocates and Licensed Medical Staff will do a pregnancy test, an ultrasound, and go over all your options with you. You’ll also learn about support available and have time to ask any questions. Learn more about how we serve students.
