Being pregnant or a parent doesn’t mean you have to put your education on hold.

Title IX protects students from discrimination related to:

  • Pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage, or abortion
  • Recovery time or related health needs
  • Parenting responsibilities

You can’t be excluded from class, denied make-up work, or pushed out because you’re pregnant or parenting.

We Serve Students From

  • UAA, APU, and surrounding colleges
  • High school students (with or without parental permission)
  • Online, part-time, and dual-enrolled students
