Pregnancy & Testing
When can I take a pregnancy test and trust the result?
Most pregnancy tests are accurate about 1 to 2 weeks after a missed period. If you are unsure, we can help you figure out the best time to test so you get the most reliable result with a no-cost pregnancy test.
Is the pregnancy test really no-cost?
Yes, completely no-cost. No insurance and no hidden fees. Just clear answers in a private, confidential space.
How long does the appointment usually take?
Most visits take about an hour. You will have time to get your results, ask questions, and talk through anything on your mind.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. You are welcome to bring a friend, partner, or support person. Whoever makes you feel more comfortable.
Ultrasound
Why would I need an ultrasound?
An ultrasound gives you more information than a pregnancy test alone. It can help you understand how far along you are and what is going on with your pregnancy.
Is the ultrasound no-cost?
Yes, we offer no-cost ultrasounds so you can get the information you need without worrying about cost.
What does an ultrasound actually tell me?
It can show how far along you are and whether the pregnancy is located in the uterus. This information can help you better understand your next steps before making a decision.
Do I need an ultrasound before making a decision?
You are not required to have one, but many people choose to get an ultrasound so they have clear information before deciding what to do next.
STI Testing
What STIs do you test for?
We test for common infections like chlamydia and gonorrhea. You can learn more about STI testing services here.
Do I need symptoms to get tested?
No. Many STIs do not show symptoms, so testing is the only way to know for sure.
What happens if something comes back positive?
If you test positive, we will talk you through your next steps and provide treatment or help connect you to care.

Pregnancy Options
What are my options if I am pregnant?
You have three main options. Parenting, adoption, and abortion. We are here to explain each one so you can understand what they involve and decide what feels right for you.
Can I talk through abortion before I decide anything?
Yes. You can come in, ask questions to our Licensed Medical Staff, and talk through what abortion involves without any pressure to make a decision. Many people start with a pre-abortion screening to get clear medical information first.
Do I have to decide right away?
No. You have time to understand your situation and think through your options. You do not have to rush.
What if I am not sure what I want?
That is completely okay. A lot of people feel that way. You can come in just to talk, ask questions, and figure things out step by step.
You don’t have to figure it out alone
If you’re feeling unsure, you can come in, ask questions, and get clear information before making any decision.
Parenting & Adoption
What kind of help is available if I choose to parent?
We can connect you with resources like parenting support, baby supplies, and community programs so you do not have to do it alone.
What does open adoption mean?
Open adoption means you can have some level of contact with your child and the adoptive family. What that looks like can vary based on what you are comfortable with. You can learn more about adoption options here.
Can I change my mind about adoption?
Yes. Adoption is a process, and you have time to make decisions along the way. We can help you understand what that looks like.
Student Support
Can I stay in school if I am pregnant?
Yes. You have rights that allow you to continue your education and receive support during your pregnancy.
